2. When you are happy with your job details, Print a copy for your own records then submit the form.

It will be matched with suitable Trade Professionals from our database. We then contact the Quality Assured trade professionals in our database, sending them basic details for their appraisal - but withholding your name and contact details.
3. Once we have identified a Trade Professional that can fulfil your requirements, they are given your name and phone number, to arrange a meeting with you.

We will contact you as soon as this happens so that you know who will be calling and that you may contact them. NOTE: We cannot offer a guarantee that any of our trade professionals will be available to do your job within your time frame - good trade professionals are always busy - but by using our active matching service your chances will be greatly improved. Many of our trade professionals issue an Insurance Backed Guarantee. This will cover work done by the trade professional in the event that they ceases trading. So don't forget to ask your trade professional for an Insurance Backed Guarantee proposal form
4. Don't worry, you won't be swamped! We'll only put you in touch with the first three Trade Pro's who get back to us.

We do ask, though, that you see each of these Trade Pro's - several estimates will save you money, for one, and it's only fair to the professionals taking the trouble to get in touch.
5. You then choose the Trades person for right for you!
6. All our trade professionals are Quality Assured with The U.K. Trades & Allied Trades Confederation - The U.K's fastest growing Trade Association.
7. If you have taken advantage of an Insurance Backed Guarantee - when the job is done, we ask you to complete an evaluation of the Trade Pro and send back a completed IBG proposal form.

Please complete this and help us retain the very highest standards of workmanship all of our clients.
